 PJSC “Vinnitsa dairy plant “Roshen” started first production in June, 2014. From the very first stage of designing and building management of the company took into account all requirements of international standards concerning quality and food safety.
The plant is equipped with the latest dairy processing lines from the world leading manufacturer “Tetra Pak”. It is guided and monitored throughout the production process by professional management program Tetra Plant Mаster. All areas of engineering units are built on the base of advanced technologies providing high level of energy efficiency.
Production facilities of the plant process 600 tons of raw milk per day. Currently we are launching the second phase of modernization, which will allow us to process up to 1200 tons of raw milk every day in the nearest future.
Today our plant manufactures the following products:
· Skimmed Milk Powder
· Whole Milk Powder
· Cream Powder
· Caramelized Milk Power
· Butter
· Anhydrous Milk Fat
· ButterGhee
· Condensed Milk
The capacity of production lines allows manufacture of 48 tons of dry dairy products, 30 tons of Butter, 18 tons of Anhydrous Milk Fat or Butter Ghee and 50 tons of Condensed Milk per day.
Our company implemented a quality management system on food safety in accordance with international standards ISO 9001and ISO 22000.
In March 2016 PJSC “Vinnitsa dairy plant “Roshen” has successfully passed the audit and improved ISO 22000 to FSSC-22000 certificate.
Production is regularly being certified for compliance with standards of "Kosher" and "Halal".
Since the opening PJSC “Vinnitsa dairy plant “Roshen” has passed the assessment and proved to be a reliable supplier of dairy products to the multinational companies.
Nowadays production of the plant is exported to more than 40 countries, namely from Europe, Asia, North America and Africa.
